Pacha Surf Beach is a place where people come to relax, have fun and enjoy the community. Everyone feels welcome here in the pleasant atmosphere – couples, groups, solo travellers or families. You can relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a drink at the bar, play beach volleyball, take your first kitesurfing lesson or simply experience a combination of everything.
Pacha Surf Beach was founded in 2013 by Samir Molabecirovic. He turned his dream into reality, which has since developed into one of the largest kitesurfing schools on the 14-kilometre-long Velika Plaza beach. Samir’s wife, Anne Valvatne from Norway, is also part of this dream and a professional kitesurfer. In 2024, Samir and Anne joined forces with their friend and local enthusiast Zoran Dočić.
We are always looking for like-minded water addicts who would like to spend more time on the beach. Whether as a kite instructor, in kite office management, social media, as a kite beach assistant, bartender, waiter or in any other position.
The season starts in May and ends in September, but shorter periods are also possible. We will provide you with a flat that you will share with 2-3 other team members. Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team on a long-term basis.
You should be a good team player, outgoing and generally a positive person.
